At Black Queen Chauffeurs, we strive to deliver exceptional service and a seamless experience. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund policy that respects your time and ours.
Cancellation by Client
f you need to cancel a booking, we encourage you to do so as early as possible. Refund eligibility is based on the timing of your cancellation:

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled pickup time may qualify for a full or partial refund, depending on the service reserved.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund.
Please note that refunds are not guaranteed for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Cancellation by Black Queen Chauffeurs
If we must cancel a ride due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, vehicle issues, or driver emergencies), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
We will always attempt to notify you as soon as possible in such cases.
No-Shows
If a client fails to appear at the scheduled pickup location without prior notice, the full fare will be charged, and no refund will be issued. Communication is key—please reach out in advance if you are running late or need to adjust your booking.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but typically take 5–10 business days.
If you do not receive your refund within this time frame, please contact us directly.
Disputes & Questions
We are committed to fairness. If you believe a charge was made in error or if you have a question about a refund, please contact us. We’ll investigate and work to resolve the matter quickly.
